陰瑜珈是西方練習者,結合中國道家氣的運行、黃帝內經之經絡、與印度傳統瑜珈練習發展出來的現代瑜珈流派。在動作進行間與靜止間,都需要從容謹慎地進入動作,做出適合當下身體所能呈現的姿勢,在保持靜止中藉由緩慢自然的呼吸,將氣的能量運送到肌肉與筋膜中流動,喚醒身體內在深層的結締組織,滋養經絡。
